Blacklabel Ads - Phishing? SCAM?
anyone getting emails from : BlackLabelAds.rsys3.net ?
with odd codes attached to the links? and make money schemes with the emails? since it went from adbrite/avnads it's just been a shitload of issues for me.. i've just had one issue after another with these people.. they still owe me a ton of money, i don't even want to waste my time with the details, but the bottom line is the support response time went from 24hrs to 4-8 weeks after the transistion.... and phone support disappeared entirely... if this is really black label ads, why would they have an offline domain of rsys3.net ??? and if it is legit, crap like this just promotes phishing and other similar scams.. i almost whitelisted this shit, but then caught it in the end.. but when i emailed BLA, they said it was them.. WTF???? |
You could always do a whois for the domain and see that it's owned by an email marketing company. Those 'odd codes' are used for tracking. Welcome to opt-in marketing.

email marketing companies are on my shitlist, with over 220 sites, i have about 100+ email accounts and email marketing is something that makes me turn beet red... 50 spam emails via 100 accounts = 5,000 spam emails i have to deal with each and every day.. which brings me back to my main point about this companies practices.... |
