Anyone that thinks playboy, twistys type stuff or just plain hardcore sex is obscene, has some mental issues.

Throat fucking, water sports, gaping anal etc. etc. etc., even just anal, would be considered obscene by many.. Fact is, I think a LOT of the current porn producers could get slammed in court for obscene material since they don't even try to have any sort of storyline to their scenes.. I'd love to see them produce a script to defend themselves in court to try and get in under the "artistic merit" allowance..

Most of the prime time cop/gun/blood/murder/death/autopsy shows on tv are obscene to my sensibilities. Hard for me to believe they're the highest rated shows on the major US networks, but oh well. I guess a drama revolving around a grocery clerk would be too boring to get advertisers? lol

The word "pornography" has a negative conotation though. Some judges wont allow you to use the word in court since it implies a negative pre-judgment. So you may have asked a trick question.

The definition of obscenity is a paradox. If the actual act depicted in photos is taking place in the bedroom, it's not considered obscene. However if it's in photos, it's obscene.
