I remember reading somewhere (I think it was the Glo-Bill board) that they said one of the big 5 processors was in serious financial trouble, and they heard this directly from Visa.

dunno, we use epoch and they are fronting the visa fees and letting us pay over time. how much financial trouble could you be in if your doing this?

That might just be a sign of their desperation. They might have realised that if they lose lots of clients that they might be bankrupt in no time.

Don't you remember last week when Epoch threatened people not to leave and go to another processor? Sounds desperate to me.

Is this somekind of bad "payback" at Epoch, because they did not want to release their database to you?
