Anyone else strapped like this?
 

So here I am,
Running my own lil program, getting busier daily ( which is a good thing)
Also, We are running a tshirt print shop on the side
Also, We are trying to keep up with whosnaughty.com ( which is growing hourly)

Anyone know how to get like 36-48 hours out of a day plus some sleep/food time?
Maybe I am going nuts....

yeh.....but then you also take on a babysitting job...unless you have someone that can make decisions on their own...

Expansion and growth are good things - until everything suffers. Then it is time to hire some help or eliminate the biggest liability or least profitable venture. Just remember that each employee can cost you up to 2 hours a day (spying, er, supervising / managing / paperwork) - and a shitload more in taxes if they are direct hire.

Take a good hard look at everything you are involved with and cut the bullshit and focus on the fastest growers..

Cnt stand the thought of cutting anything....lol....

So let's see if I have this straight...

You don't want to hire anyone,
and you aren't willing to cut any part of your existing business.

There is a third option. You could buy a sailboat and go in search of a magic genie in a lamp (or bottle, some apparently come in bottles I hear). Once you find one, rub it, and when the genie appears ask him (or her) to make your days last longer.
