At home jobs that a wife can do?
 

So, I know this is a pretty diverse group

My wife hasn't had to work in a while, and now she is getting bored

what are some good jobs she could do online or even on the computer?

She has a bachelors of art that she never put to use because when she got it the school didn't teach much art classes that dealt with computers

she CAN however do pretty damn good photo retouching in photoshop, is there still a market for photo retouchers?

anyway, other than the art side of things, what are some good computer jobs for a wifey?

Uhm... eBay and MyPoints?

Copywriting / article writing, paid site reviews.

If she can't do those, get her to do more vacuuming, washing dishes, gardening, wash the car - you know, the kind of things women are supposed to do.

She could take that artistic knowledge she already has, take some time to teach herself how to work with photoshop, and get into graphic design. Plenty of tutorials on the web for just about every skill there is for working online, and self-taught is just as valuable as classroom-taught. (Plenty here who are living proof of that, including myself)

i think photo retouching is the direction she wants to take, she loves the idea of doing tgp thumbs

and she isn't really into doing graphic design, majority of the time people that hire you for that want you to have some web coding knowledge, and she has no interest in that

Let her do what she likes best, make a little extra with it and she can raise her price when people realize how good what she offers is. You make her happy, busy and more secure.. :thumbsup

yeah, that is what she has been saying, why do crap work when something she loves is something people need

This but work it to her skills. I did this for ages whilst being a wife and I will continue doing it when I am a wife again. I went to journalism school and the only way I made this work for me is to do a lot of writing in the work. If she has an art background there is a lot she can do with that artistic eye.
