I paid them $45 for transfer my domains and after 1 days i didnt receive any confirmation email for transfer , their support dont reply to my emails . i want get away from them , i lost my time and i want they refund my money , if you know them tell them to refund my payment :mad:

Confirmation mail you receive on e mail listed in whois.You need to check that mail.

Moniker is my first choice for domains. I bet you Bari or Chris replies to this thread first thing tomorrow. :thumbsup

I've never had a problem with moniker. Like someone else said, the confirmation will go to the address listed with the domain you are trying to transfer.

I checked it , everything is ok . i sent many email to their support,marketing,... but nothing

Never had a problem with Moniker (transfered a couple hundred domains to them).

I think you're going to find this was a simple issue that could of been resolved by phone today, or easily tomorrow by icq. You need to take a chill pill.
