Best thumbs ever ?? (samples inside)

Tried some new things in CS2 to make my thumbs ... here are the results.

What do you think about them ? I love them, they look just perfect :)

Thumbs are made of FlashyBabes galleries.

My god, you've found the airbrush! I like it, but when there are no imperfections at all, I know it's just been touched up to hell. However, for thumbs, they're.. really, really nice.

I think you got the last one a bit too hard, though, I don't see any water on her. Time to get out the 'spooge' tool and turn it more opaque. :thumbsup

Back in the dial up days, those were considered full sized pics.

Jens Van Assterdam 04-27-2008 03:38 AM

Let us know how you made them.. :)

They are made for a TGP - not for my FHGs or my Paysites.
All i know is that people love to click them :2 cents:

Those are far from perfect.

You are going for a specific style.. not "perfect"

You are over doing it some areas and not at all in others.

One of the companies that regularly spams me their designer does this HEAVILY it's a good look but it's not what anyone would consider as perfect adjustments to a picture.

I should go look thru my spam and see if i can find it... You'd like their style..

also your eye will be come used to seeing something and think its right until you are shown what is right.

tony286 04-27-2008 12:01 PM

they look good but seem alittle big to be called thumbs.

digifan 04-27-2008 12:03 PM

Nice wwork but if you want to ddo this style, you better check out the work of Porko.

thx for your opinion ... but its not my regular picture adjustment. These are thumbs for a TGP.
Waiting for your samples ... you are right its always good to see something else.
They still look perfect to me. But of course this is a matter of taste. :)

But then people wont always click every image, just the ones they really like. Used to be helpfull when bandwidth was expensive.

i wouldnt place them, to slick. to unreal.

That's a seriously heavy use of the Smart Blur feature in Photoshop :) Personally I think you have the threshold set too intense ... try this ... do your smart blur ... then go EDIT > UNDO ... then immediately go EDIT > FADE SMARTBLUR > 50%

:) I guarantee you'll like the results :)

viencarl 04-28-2008 04:51 AM

wow you guyz are great in making those thumbs :):):)
