I don't know about before, but for a while it's been run by a guy named Charles in Texas.
Currently he is battling a fucker in Germany who runs a forum that specializes in posting Christina and his other models. This guy manages to get into their servers and often posts movies before they're even in the members' area.
I can tell Charles is at his wit's end, right now there is this message on Christina's site:

I contacted Charles earlier this year to find an agreement. I also offered him special status for CM-Members and more. No reply so far.
Do it again, Charles.
