Making cash from other webmasters?

I am starting a service that I know will attract many webmasters. The thing is that I want to offer the service for free and I am thinking in the lines of hooking up with a paysite owner and have the webmasters promote the site as sponsor.

Are there any other ways making cash without charging a monthy fee?

You can always join sponsors like the one in my sig and refer the webmasters so you'll make some money.
