Registered a domain 10 days ago.. was pr0.. didnt do ANY linktrades.. now its pr2?! Just bad luck?!

Well, jokes apart ... post the domain and someone would be able to tell you how exactly it got PR. It must be listed somewhere, or could be linked from a random forum talking about old registered domains, some catchy one already taken, or something..

Well i have theory,if people search yourdomain.com every day,you will get bigger pr if they search more.That my domain which got pr3 has been exposed a lot so maybe that's way it got pr3.(I have 30 other domains and they are all pr0 or pr1)Also i though maybe something was wrong with google crawler and it will gone after pr update(it happens if domain it's not properly indexed)but pr3 stayed after 2 pr updates.

My guess would be it was faked pr kinda.. what happens is when you reg'd the domain it prob had default nameservers for the reg company set to a default landing page that already had pr thus you stole the reg company's landing page PR.

did you get the domain from namecheap ? or thru a hosting company
