Some French guys came to Quebec to watch their first hockey game. Back in France, they went and bought hockey jerseys and added the name of the player they felt was most popular in Quebec:

You guys got lucky. That was a bullshit goal that should have been reversed. It was clearly high sticking. You won that one but the Flyers are taking the series!

Everyone needs some luck at some point... I'll give you that, the refs have been pitiful in every way since, but Flyers have surely profited from their crappy calls earlier in the first round... let's see what happens in game 2! :pimp

Yeah it's a solid matchup with some healthy rivalry, but flyers have a more open game (way more IMO) than bruins, which can make for a lot of goals throughout this series! Will be awesome to watch!

As for winning 4 in a row... not sure, I'm going for habs in 6 games tops :thumbsup

I still think it's a five game series, I still can't get over that crappy call on Richards in the 3rd period. I've never seen anyone get tripped by getting checked with a shoulder.

Well, the Canadians will have to play with more intensity because one thing is sure, the Flyers won't quit. Let's see how both teams react in game 2.

Let's not forget Philly had played a 7th game 2 days before... The Boston serie thought us not to take ANY team for granted.

LOL whatever the two off the post stayed out so don't complain too much. Besides it's only high sticking if at the point of contact the shaft of the stick is above the crossbar and it wasn't :)

it's only called when there is a kicking motion. the pucked bounced off his skate, there wasn't any kicking motion and it took all of 10 seconds in the replay booth to prove it. nice try though :winkwink:

debatable, i didnt see the skate knock it in, i saw the lower leg knock it in.hey at least our player used his stick :) haha .. Wtv it was a good game..with 2 close goals. I think the habs were more lucky with the last minute goal when phili's stick broke making it a 6 again 3 power play.
