This question is for program owners/business owners (adult hosts etc. included) who have internal staff members...

Other then the forums and your contacts...when you are looking to hire and recruit for in-house staffers such as developers, programmers, sales and new team members, do you use outside mainstream resources such as "big" job boards (ex. monster) and headhunters? If so how has the success been and/or feedback from jobseekers?

Monster, Craigslist, Local Campus Pin Up Boards, NewsPaper, Summer Work for college Students signs on poles around town...

Craigslist depending on your location.... might be hard to find talented people in certain parts of the country for programming/coding...
