Quite newbie in photoshop:winkwink: With tons of plug ins for this program what's your favorite. I need plug in more for "text manipulation".

What exactly do you want to 'manipulate'?
like glows? you want rope text? burning

Everything when i comes text, i just want to get effect like most of the paysites have. Those funky sexy simple but nice text logos

Usually those effects are done by layering multiple Layer Styles.

Double click your text layer a Layer Styles window will pop up..

What you should look for is Presets for Styles and Actions..

These logos are HEAVILY layered so you may need 1 layer with a set of styles and another layer behind or on top with another set of styles..

it's a lot of practice and asking people how they did stuff..

use photoshop styles and actions and you'll get cookie cutter graphics.

Or, take some weekends to learn photoshop styles and create some unique styles/actions yourself. Well worth the time imo.
