what?! why is ford starting thats fucking ridiculous! Calderone should get the start, ford has come out flat both games with calderone leading the comeback in the fourth!

Not sure either, maybe just the energy factor? Calderon plays better D, shoots better... Ford is faster, quicker, gets to the basket more.. I'm guessing they just want his energy to start the game.
