Programs should really get their heads around the fact that affiliates promote a lot more than 1 or 2 programs typically... We don't have the time to keep up on all these types of stupid moves...

Had another program do the same thing.. They 404'd all their old FHGs and they didn't even have the exact same galleries in the new system.. So it's not like I can easily replace what I have while keeping my descriptions.. Not to mention that they had 20 or so galleries for promoting some sites and now they have maybe 5 FHGs for the same sites... morons...

Nothing is worse than when a program does that to you. Its like an instant supershave way to steal all your traffic.

I'm also getting redirected to Fling. Nice way to steal traffic from your affiliates.

Actually, the host had a hard drive failure on the RAID, and we're not sure why one drive out of 2 would be lacking the files.

They are working on extracting the data from the other drive and getting it fixed.

Old servers that are being worked on as we speak. That fling is just the 404.

NOTHING has been removed, just working on getting them back up

You guys are planning to compensate people for some of that? I mean with this, epic cash not counting clicks and sales and god knows how many more out there.

hit me up and we'll figure out compensation, so far its been down for a few hours.

i made the call to have them get what they could online ASAP why they rebuild, so 1/2 the galleries on the box are up.

wouldn't it be nice to at least remove the 404 on the domains until everything is fixed?

I'd do it but the box is not under the final stages of rebuilds.

I know what he's talking about. Stats wasn't being tracked for affiliates for almost 2 weeks. Yes it was 2 weeks. Reference this thread

We put up some full page ads for epiccash at the end of March and then things quit tracking. So we figured it was a tech problem with epiccash and it will be fixed shortly until the second thread and found out the enter links wasn't working at all. We should of checked them after we first found out stats wasn't working but we didn't. We changed our fullpage ads after that 2nd thread to another sponsor and boom 3 sales from that sponsor.

I'm talking about old hosted galleries that used to work, that were taken out and are now sent to epiccams with no refcode.

Don't get me wrong, this wasn't a recent change, but I sure never received an email about it when it did happen, and I don't know why they couldn't just setup a redirect to pass the refcode along to epiccams for the affiliate.

There used to be hosted galleries through the epiccash domain like this for a bunch of the original sites:

I just happened to notice this after checking things out when there was the downtime for 2 weeks as others mentioned.
