Does the heat make you pee more?
 

The last couple days I've had to pee a lot more than normal, which I find strange because I have been drinking the same amount of fluids and have actually been sweating more because it's really starting to warm up here.

Does that make sense? Would sweating also make me have to pee more?

Well if you start to get diuretic your kidneys begin to boost urine production. Also when your sweating your loosing salts from your body. Ideally you should be replenishing electrolytes and not just drinking water as that too can boost urine production.

But you can pee more if you food is rich in water

Same here always pee more when its cold and less in the hot weather
