So I am watching Miami Vice

And I am pretty sure Crockett and Tubbs are sitting at the Bahia Cabana, where they have/had the Redneck Getaway, waiting for an arms dealer to come in on his yacht, at the same table that I ate at last year.

Awww yeah. :thumbsup

ha ha ha, my favorite show ever!

Oddly enough I'm a huge Miami Vice and have been watching it from start to finish at night - and posting on one of the Miami Vice forums. They have a guy there who was in charge in finding cars to use for the show and he has the most interesting stories about how they came to use certain cars, and how other cars got used last moment.

I remember once they shot the resturant scene of "Miss Doubtfire" at a place down the street from my house in a Danville, California - A place called Bridges.

Not everything you see on TV or in the Movies is on a set.....

About 3 or 4 years ago I started watching Miami Vice on CourtTV at night. Got addicted immediately and watched just about every episode.

How can you not love a show that is all about cocaine smuggling.

I'd like to check out that forum.

And yeah, they've film "LOST" all over out here, as well as tons of movies a year. They even filmed an episode in my condo building. It's still always cool to see a place you recognize on T.V. or in a movie. :2 cents:

Haha!

Yeah. I am just finishing up season 3. I need a series of some kind to watch while working out. I had finished 24, and now going through Vice. I never watched 24 prior to buying the DVD's and went through all the seasons.

It makes it a lot easier when you are watching something, and not thinking about the workout.

:thumbsup

I don't watch TV any more.... I just buy the all the seasons at once and watch it all in one shot. This way I don't have to wait months at time waiting for the new season to watch.

Same here. When I do watch, it's typically a Bio/History/ HGTV/Travel channel. Maybe a little HBO.

I prefer to have no commercial interruptions in my workout.
