Golf at Webmaster Access NY?

I was wondering if anyone is going to coordinate Golf on the day before the NY Webmaster Access show? There has to be something realtively close.

Let me know! :)

I'm pretty sure Jersey would be closer to the city and bypassing all of queens to get to Long Island, just not sure if there are any out there...but an hour away in Long Island there are some awesome courses, even in Queens closer to Long Island is where I usually golf..if anyone needs more info you can hit me up :)

Isn't everything there?

Public courses close to NY are crowded, and not so great. If you want to play BP Black, you need to get up at 4 am and camp out for a tee time. It's a 6 hour round, and not in great condition.

Yup..your 100% correct. I did it 2 years ago, thought I was a golf god when I got a tee time. By the 4th hole all I was thinking about was why I drove all that way and waited for the lotto system when in fact, I drove past about 25 better courses to get there. wayyyyyyy overhyped :2 cents:

I think your best bet would be sprain lake or dunwoodie in yonkers. Not too far outside of the city and good value.
