Mac wmv to FLV program?

I have been searching around anyone know a good program to make wmv files flv files on a mac?

I could go server side but I rather not at this time. However I am open to any suggestions on this front also.

Flash Pro will do it, but the encoder isn't nearly as good as the on2 software.

on2 is the best. You can also encode with h264 using quicktime as that will now play in most flash-based players as of version 9.0.115

Thanks for the heads up. I tried it on my mac and it wont work with the wmv but i think it is an issue with the codecs on my side. I installed it on a windows machine I have and that is running now.
