I gave him a small job to do. He delivered 6 weeks to late...

After all his excuses, I decided to trust him again and gave him another job.

He promised it would be ready in 2 weeks. He even asked me to bumb a thread for him.
I did... Telling people that he is a good guy.

Now it is 2 months later and he doesn't answer me anymore. One week ago, I sent him an Email : "You've got one more week to either deliver or give me my money back"


Nothing from him.

(I paid him 500$ for 1/3 of the script wich he said he did. But it is probably lies again)

thats called karma , think of the other people that got duped because you gave this guy a recomendation even though you knew he was subpar. You at least knew he was flaky going into it.

You sent him some money which means you have his contact info that he'd likely do anything to keep private.

His name, address, phone number are all public info.

He has technically stolen from you now and you can legally post his contact info as an attempt to get your money back from him.

And whatever ways people decide to torture him are not your problem :)

So Clickbuster you'd be better off paying the O.P back or i'm sending escorts to your mom's bassment.

I'm afraid I'm going to have to add to the list. I got done for $100. I know I shouldn't have paid in advance but it's the only time I've been done over that way. He was recommended to me by someone and that's partly why I trusted him.
Shame he did this as he could have got a lot more work by being trustworthy. Maybe he will come back and make it all good. Maybe.

Very good advice. That was always my rule but I fell for a hard luck story. My fault but clickbuster hasn't done himself any favours by doing this. Unless he makes good of course.

I think you guys should forgive and forget and give him another job to do... and make sure you pay upfront again!
