Best anime out there?
 

Just curious, what do you guys (and girls) consider the best anime movie/series out there?
My vote would go to either Berserk or Record of Lodoss War. As a matter of fact, I think I'm gonna watch the last one now :)

Yeah, the first two Samurai X OAV's are good stuff.

My personal favorite is <b>Serial Experiments Lain</b> though. It's pretty fucked up. Very very good, it's not like traditional anime at all.

Try the subtitled stuff instead of the translated stuff, and you might even pick up some japanese :)

Yah, when I watch video, I get subtitled. But when reading a manga I get the translated cuz I can only understand like half a dozen characters (IF!) and that makes it hard to read a story :)

Neon genesis was cool - very strange ending. Cowboy bebop is some fun shit... never saw any lane altho I heard it was good and weird...
