Need a new mouse!
Just got a new pc and I like everything about it, except the mouse that came with it. Since my old mouse is falling to pieces, I can't use that one anymore either.
Anyone got any suggestions for the ideal mouse? |
I need a new one myself... my opti-mouse is dying.

but the cordless one sucks |
I've got this logitech trackball that's shaped to fit your hand. The trackball is on your thumb, then there's three buttons where your fingers are including a scrollwheel. Can't find the exact one I have on their site but it's fucking nice.

Get one of these. I love mine, it's so precise. It even detects the vibrations of my subwoofer through the table, that's how accurate it is. |
I'm currently using telepathy to move my mouse pointer.

Well, how somebody tell what the ideal mouse is at all? This wholly depends on what you get used to. I had simpliest two button mitsumi mouse (I think it's cost is $5) and it served me well for years (I don't remember, but I think at least 3). But finally I get bored of cleaning it and bought ordinary Genius NetScroll optical mouse. I'm pretty satisfied with it, but I dare not say it can be ideal for anybody else...
