Identifying traffic via IP / setting up Geo-Targetting RELP!

Are there a list of IP blocks or something I can use to get this mostly right?

Totally a noob at this, but I'd like to isolate one particular country's traffic and show them ads based on their location.

Pls teach an old dog modern day tricks :helpme

maxmind.com for an up to date IP list and it's a subscription every month, have your hosting company set it so you auto update from them, and then install mod_geo for apache.

From there you can start to decide what you want to do by country with some .htaccess or PHP
