This is completely fucked....... Imagine that you're a seller on eBay. Your business is going along just fine, and one morning you turn on your computer and you can no longer access your auction management account. You look on, dumbstruck, at listings that you didn't put up. People are bidding on them. Yes, your auction account has been taken over. It's called account hijacking, and it's eBay's dirty little secret....

I received that email several months ago and discarded it as fraud. Being a Powerseller, I get phone calls from eBay when something is up :thumbsup

ebay sucks big hairy donkey balls

ebay is great but they charge the ass out of fees

fucking insertion fee
buyer fee
then damn paypal fee

then not to mention the competition under bidding
ya it can be crazy

Cherry-- Your original unedited post was good. I've never used ebay for anything, but I'm always curious about any problems that might arise if I ever decided to go for it. Glad I got to read what you wrote before you changed it.

not hard to get access to somebodies ebay account,along the same lines as getting their paypal or credit card...or everything all at once :winkwink:
