Best LINK EXCHANGE script?

I need a solid link exchange script that has the following features:

1. creates a new page once the link page has reached x amount of links. Hopefully x amount is editable and I can make page with 20 out bound links each.
2. has the ability to turn off the sign up page as I want to add links myself and not let just anyone signup.

Thanks! :thumbsup

linkex works fine for us.. always updated and the contact person for linkex 'void' is always open for new suggestions.

i tried different ones but they are not that good as linkex.

i have linkex on 1 site already and like it but poked around in it and couldn't find a way where if it reached x amount of links it would create another page.

I'm trying to get linkex to work in a WP 2.5, but it doesn't seem to want to output the links in the text sidebar widget. Suggestions?

It will if you use the PHP code widget.
That's what I use and it works fine.
