[GALLERIES] High-res thumbs or screenshots ???

I noticed more and more FHGs are using high-res picture thumbs to link to videos... Is that better than using screengrabs? Do surfers feel cheated when the high-res thumbs link to lower-quality videos?

What's your opinion?

High-res all the way :) Changed from small thumbs to big thumbs with retouching and my prod exploded!
