i have tried to create account but they asked for :

1. A front and back copy of one legible, color, valid Government issued Photo Identification (e.g. Passport, National Identification Card or Driver's License).

2. A utility bill in Your name with an address matching the Entropia Universe account information (e.g. Electricity, Gas, Cable, Water, Land Line or Telephone bill).



is this normal ? or i shall try to create another one ??
