    buddy just got 5 years in one of your jails today

    damn .. my buddy just got 5 years in a US jail .. someone who knows the actual truth behind it all but "someone loaded some pot into the trailer of his 18 wheeler and was stopped at the boarder .. "

    tough for his wife and family ..would it be in bad taste to ask for his truck .. ? lol

                                              Well actually while there is usually not time off for good behavior in federal prison, you're much less likely to get pounded in the ass there....as opposed to state prison.

                                                                              2 of the 3 charges were dropped .. and ya not sure why he only got 5 years with the plan to actually move him to Canada in 18 months with extradition (we'll see about that)... truck and trailer are gone .. the "story" actually goes ..and this is through his lawyer .... he purchased and picked up a brand new trailer from the yard loaded his cargo .. went to the boarder ..busted .. the trailer had some weird hidden compartment ..they X-ray random trucks at the boarder .. his was one .. that catch is .. the vin # on the trailer didn't match the one he ordered and supposedly purchased .. so there was possibly the ole' switcheroo pulled and well thats what he's telling me .. he does have an awfully nice house though for being a truck driver .. :s
