Can someone please tell me how can I get a screen capture off a video?

This might work...

pause video, shift+printScrn
open a image editor (even paint.exe) and make a new blank image, click on the canvas and hit shift+insert

should work and then you you cut and size the thing as you like.

the above method works fine, but paint can only save as BMP

use adobe
