What's the market price of a TGP that has UCJ installed and is a stable 50k/day in traffic?

Hmmm how much would you pay in commission if I get you a newbie buyer who will buy it for $30K? I know an ex-dotcommer who wants to try his hand in TGPs/AVS. I already got him hooked up with AVS, he wants to try TGPs also. He made his money in a B2B company's stock options [before it went to shit, that is]. Company name ends with a "One"

I'm not talking about what's it worth to someone who can do it - I want to know what the market rate would be for guys who never get a site over 15k/day no matter how hard they try.

How many ads you got on it now? 50K with no ads is kindof easy -- 50k w/ ads is hard... unless you got some bookrapists.

It's really not worth much. Maybe1k at most.

UCJ is like 600 alone,, plus we talking bout 50k steady traffic

Now this is JUST ME, but I take the net monthly income x 12 = Sale Price.

So if the site was earning $800/month with a $100 bandwdith bill each month, that would be $700 net x 12 = $8,400

With that comes all design/scripts/content or whatever.

I know some people think a sites value is 3 months but fuck that, if you buy a business in real life it takes you 2-3 years to re-pay if your lucky.
I think 12 months is fair with a online business.
