Sorry to sound like a broken record but this is the first time I've done biz thru GFY AND gotten burned. Over 3,000 dollars in deals done via ICQ, Domain Sales, etc I've done in my short time here and they've all went well except for this company:TGPFactory.

No answer on ICQ
No answer on e-mail
No answer via phone.

and then they have the nerve to post this on their site:

To all clients, current and future:

The past month or so has been one of TGP Factory's poorest; I'm not talking about sales or income or web sites produced, but rather I'm talking about communication. Due to an incredibly tight schedule of mainstream projects and travel, I (and Mike) have neglected each of our existing TGP Factory clients, and their design/installation projects.

Our communication has been nonexistent, and the practice is something I wouldn't wish upon my gravest of enemies, let alone my own clientele. I have no excuse for our behavior and won't even try to make one. My priorities have been in the wrong place and as a result you and your projects have suffered the consequences.

This stops today.

Over this weekend and no later than March 31st, I will be contacting each one of you personally to discuss your project and plans going forward. If your project has not yet been drafted, it will be. If your web site has not yet been installed, it will be. Those of you that wish to find other design shops, please feel free. You are under no obligation to fulfill payment for your order with us. Those of you who wish to continue with your order can expect a discount AND speedy completion as retribution for our slack.

In the future?as soon as our current project list is completed?we plan to implement a calendar based ordering system. This will allow our order tracking system to identify the day(s) on which your project will be developed ahead of time, based upon our current schedule and workload, so that you will know ahead of time when the design process will begin and complete (barring no major revisions that would force us to entirely re-design your TGP).

In closing, let me extend my apologies to each of you who have ordered from us under the guise of a speedy turnaround and constant communication. I am embarrassed to say you have received neither. We will be spending the weekend making good on our promises to you.

In the mean time, I invite you to contact me about your project(s) via our email contact form as it will be the most sure-fire way to get hold of me.
