Selling My Cash Programme + Paysites
 

The programme consists of 2 solo model sites www.ChloeLove.com and www.BritneyBraces.com There is also a multi model site www.WeGetNaughty.com

The programme is run through the cash programme www.BigPimpCash.com (uses Uproared's Cash Programme script) and as you will see has various promotional tools in place.

Chloe Love's site is upto topless, tasteful nude and soft girl girl... Britney Braces is upto hard solo with toys... whilst WegetNaughty is a mixture of both teasy and hard solo. All sites are a mixture of pic sets and video. As you will see the sites are very content rich.

The cash programme uses a software programmed by a guy called Uproared. The Content Management System is SiteDepth. I host the sites on a Colo-Cation server.

I bill with CCBill currently... Again I can arrange to transfer account if needed, this will give you both access to the affiliate database, and also details of all previous members since the sites launch... Last year 2007 the sites grossed over $28,000 but as I said I see the potential being a lot more than that. I definetly want to see an element of "potential" factored in on any offer for the programme.

To me it's a no brainer, the sites even if you didnt do anything with them would make the money back in 12 months, and if managed right then would achieve that a lot quicker :)

I can include information on CCBill figures for the last month, the year so far and
also the last 6 months... considering the december/january periods are traditionally very slow, I dont believe these figures reflect truely thebest periods. Also as I have been focusing on the new content business the sites promotion have been slightly ignored, and even saying that have never really been pushed as they should, meaning what are you getting in effect are unsaturated girls/sites who would in effect be new to most.

I will also supply the traffic the sites receive (AW Stats for all three sites) the revenue made is good considering the amount of traffic received. With ChloeLove and WeGetNaughty averaging just 500 uniques a day, showing the potential if these sites were marketed right, and real traffic numbers pushed through the sites...

This figure was achieved with few cross-sales, upsells, trials, ect ect.

There are currently 679 affiliates signed up to BigPimpCash.

The Approx content for each site is as follows...

ChloeLove Pic Sets 198 Solo Sets with 22,000 Images + 63 Girl Girl Sets with 11,000 Images And 135 Videos

Britney Braces Pic Sets 61 solo sets with over 7000 images + 44 Videos

WeGetNaughty as a lot of repeat content as Chloe and Britney both feature on there... but in total currently there is 1,252 Galleries with 137,306 images, and 214 videos.

All sites via SiteDepth are able to have the content rescheduled and rotated. There is also the option that we could have a ongoing deal to shoot new content for Chloe Love as the model is still working with us, alas Britney is no longer modelling. WeGetNaughty is obviously a multi model site so any girls can be used I guess for updates for this site.

Anybody in their right mind would hold on to the sites for 6 months and have that money and still own the sites if that was the case. A years income minimum if you ask me, and then on top of that it also matters if you're buying something that is under promoted or if you buy something that is saturated.

I think people also need to look at the amount of content included in this deal, it's an insane amount of content... And yes the sites are masiively undersaturated, so a real opportunity to take these out to a bigger market :)

What about the content costs, domain values, current active members, design costs. That all needs to be taken in accounting :2 cents: 12 months minimum it is if you ask me.

Then I would assume you're not a buyer. This deal is shaping up to be worth $15-20k tops..TOPS, because i think some of this content was offered as semi exclusive a couple months back if I'm not mistaken, so the price of the package would go down to around $10k-13k

Hey Nina I wll take it you aint trying to piss on my parade... the content was offered in a package indeed, however the content for both the Chloe Love and Britney Braces site was offered with the condition it could not be used as solo sites... so to some degree those two sites still have an element of exclusitivity...

Either way this deal still offers the buyer a tonn of content and three unsaturated paysites... quite a nice ready made business for someone... and yes I am biased :1orglaugh

As someone who has been buying sites, and are always looking to sell, then I usual look at the last 12 months, but base my model on the last 3 months revenue/costs. A site producing consistent results month after month over a long period is alot more valuable than 6-9 months net, and that is talking as a buyer, and as seller then 18 months net is probably the sweet spot for something non-exclusive with consistent results.

What can add to the price is excellent domain names, content etc.

im not being a dick, im just surprised like many others that your making X amount when many thought ud be making muich much more...and its not that im not interested in buying it...i am to a degree except for the fact that i ask myself...why was rev so low...with such good sites

Thing is people sell for a reason. Buying paysite programs is risky business and that has to be built into the price ... and if someone is selling as an 'opportunity to build the program' lets not forget the program still needs massive promotion and lots of $ sunk into it. Programs that are making good money and on the upward are rarely ever sold .. its only programs that are stagnating or in a downward sales trend that are ever up for sale regardless of the reason given for sale.

Sure content, domains and other things need to be taken into account, but sites with simply amazing content and/or domains very rarely need to be sold because they make good money already :)
