IPSP Card Association Registration / How long
 

Has anyone heard how long the delay is for registration w/ Visa through an IPSP as a sponsored merchant once the form is submitted? I'm curious because our company submits adult registrations to the Card Associations daily. The registration delay for your own high risk merchant account is typically 3 weeks to get both V/MC approval.
