I heard there were multiple firings as a result.

I don't want to spread any half truths- just curious.
If this is in fact true? it would be a monumental move in this industry if he indeed did.

I've never understood why so many people in this industry do drugs..... It's almost like it's expected.

If it's true, then he is opening himself and his company up to lawsuits, unless he had a drug-testing policy in place which all employees were aware of.
