This is not something you want to outsource, look for someone regionally to you.

look for someone local. if anything hit me on ICQ, and I hook you up with an honest CPA, and a Financial Planner. If you are looking for a Tax Strategist, I have no clue. But I don't think you will find someone that can be all three.
