Best place to list a film location for rental? [PICS]
 

Hey guys...does anyone have resources for where I can list my studio for adult (or mainstream) filming rental? We're located in Chatsworth...if anyone is interested in rental, please contact me. chris (at) rapportproductions (dot) com

Great location...

How much do you charge per day?

$100.00 / hour or $750 / day...I spoke to some people at the Phoenix Forum, and that seems to be the standard going rate.

Looks nice, How high are the ceilings, and how many parking spots do you have?

I believe the ceilings are 24'...could be 22'. But they're right around that high...it's a commercial warehouse.

We have 3 assigned parking spots, but no one in the complex follows any parking rules...so that's not really a concern. Plus, if the set is in use on weekends or after hours, there is no one around.

The poker table can be moved...as can the couches. The wall curtain can be raised or lowered depending on need. :)
