I really doubt Hollywood would make something brutal as this.
80 % of the trailer is blood.It is even raining blood.
This Japanese guys are pretty mad to make a movie like this.

pretty much
japanese splatter movies are generally purposely cheesy with geysers of blood and odd characters/character deformities (a good example is "Ichi The Killer")

Actually it was $15.74, because they needed some clorox bleach wipes for clean up.
