its simple really, if everybody turns them down, the site is going to flop, and it will set an example for anyone else looking to run an illegal tube. or any tube for that matter. the problem is, that someone eventually is going to see this as an oppurtunity and buy it, thus giving the idea of starting an illegal tube site to in turn flop it at a profit some legitimacy...

Anyone forking out a substantial amount of cash for a site will most likely have a no compete contract. Whether it's enforcable against some guy hiding in HK is another matter, of course...
