I need a cogent/level3/low cost line.

I need a 95% Uptime at Router Peering Level.

I will handle all server duties. Need root access, and mrtg/big brother access. I will run mrtg/big brother server, if will release snmp read only.
I do NOT need any DNS/MAIL/MONITERING/ADMIN Services whatsoever.

I don't care about uptime(At least 95% @ Router Level). I don't bitch and I know what I am getting into...

Elaboration:

Network problems, the only issues I can forsee will be a Cisco 7500 Series router will probably hit max packets per sec, so I would like to know what routers you are using, If the line goes down, I won't bitch and I'll help you with any problems you have. We are a group of three very technically inclined individuals with over 50 years combined experience from assembly language to html and everything inbetween.

Everything pushed from this line will be free so complete uptime with 200 peers is deemed excessive and wasteful for our needs..Considering usually 50% gets pushed through a giggy line with level 3 anyway.

Once again, Network lines have problems and hiccup every once in a while.. I don't care about this, I care that you built a decent network. If I see problems I will help you, not curse you. But I want honesty so we can help.

I do need this yesterday, so I don't have time to build another network, and I don't want it in any of our existing network(s). Never keep all your eggs in one basket when you can keep them in 5.

dude, when you want/need almost free bandwidth, how can you expect a host to have quality equipment and a decent network setup?

I mean, you are going to get a host using a netgear hub not a cisco7500 :)

Be realistic. I make more money from 1 signup to an affiliate program then a host would make off 2mbps from you (before costs).... Thats lame.
