I just checked your account and in the last 6 months you have 6 total tickets 1 for billing and 5 for support!
this is the second time you run to this forum after you have some technical issue (that was solved immediately), would be wise for your credibility to think before.
Someone upgrade your sever since you are a managed client AND had some security package needed ASAP, what happened if you were hacked? how fast would you run here at that point?
so much easier just to let your hosting company know what is the issue than going off like that AND from what I see on the ticketing system communication that in ANY given time your were treated in a quick and professional way.
Normally I would come and try and smooth things here on the boards when someone complain but you just love this drama don't you?
Server issues will happen in ANY hosting company no matter what and the funny thing you had FTP problems you didn't even go down or something.
I'm just amazed and disappointed from you that's all. what is purpose of this post?
I have a long drive to the DC but if you want you can call me, call the the NOC and ask them to transfer the call to my cell.
