Epassporte.com - No Longer Considered Safe For Payments!

Epassporte.com Reverses Payment Transfer!

I was informed by Epassporte.com today after reviewing my account that they reversed charges because the member stated that there was an erroneous payment made during transfer of funds. Epassporte has drained my account of existing funds and left it at as negative balance.

I cannot for the life of me believe Epass would do this!

Epassporte never contacted me in regards... The transferring member emailed Epassporte saying they had made an erroneous transfer and were reissued their funds that they made as repayment (stated in original message).

So if you ever receive a payment from Epassporte be aware that the payment can be reversed for any reason.

Until Epassporte rectifies this situation and refunds my accounts,
I consider
Epassporte NOT safe for doing any business transactions!

Dear XX XXXXXXXXX,

This email is to inform you of a transfer of $595.00 to your account from ePassporte card member cgabon75 (aka Prime Outsourcing).

The following message is from card member cgabon75:

Shit like this is UN FUCKING BELIEVEABLE!

This Is Blatant Fraud And Epassporte Supports It!

I too have been having a really hard time with them. Not so much on thier side, but my bank, Chase, flat out hates them. If I try to load money, Chase declines it. It has happened to me 3 times in the last week. Apparently around the banking biz, they are strictly for illegal internet gaming only. I explained that wasnt the case and had to fax in my tax id # showing internet media as the biz role. They lifted it for 7 days as a "favor" because I'm a "good customer" Its getting hard to pay online these days!

Jens Van Assterdam 04-08-2008 07:43 AM

They "only" refunded the amount to the sender or did they do anything else like shut down your account?!

So you're saying Prime OutSourcing committed fraud?

Michael O 04-08-2008 08:13 AM

I am going to post once about this and thats all.
Like I told you this is being looked into and I promised you an answer after 1pm ET.
If we made a mistake we will correct it, since you are stating we support fraud I will be more than happy to assist you in getting your account closed and the funds in your account send to you when this have been resolved, lets discuss that on ICQ when I get back to you as promised.

epass is good...sign of a good company is when things go wrong they take steps to fix it..and minimize those things from happening again

ThumbLord 04-08-2008 08:36 AM

yes what Phoenix said !

notoldschool 04-08-2008 08:40 AM

We havent had any problems up to this point.

commonsense 04-08-2008 08:45 AM

Instead of dealing with things like grown ups, some like to run around and cry wolf for all to see. Some whiny bitches around here. :2 cents:

prime 04-08-2008 09:12 AM

We decided to pay back his $595/month payment (for staff leasing around Sep 2007) via epass because we wanted to put this issue to rest. After we have sent payment, he declined to give us control of primeoutsourcingsucks.com and wants $405 more for that to happen.

So, we contacted epass for the reversal. And we were only able to recover $241.62 because of insufficient funds on that account at that time.

Mr. DE Holm if you are going to update your blog then don?t just put unverified information from a disgruntled resigned employee.

If you have problem with epass then, you should have contacted them first before posting a thread like these.

prime 04-08-2008 09:21 AM

it should be (for staff leasing around Sep 2006) not Sep 2007

So the amount was a blackmail payment?

Never ever had a problem doing a epass to bank acct transfer, but trying to load the card is when Chase gets a little stupid. Apparently they have a whole dept that watches Internet transactions and if they dont like it, its declined, then you call in to CS and they ask you no less then 20 questions and release the block. Way way overkill!

I was going to say something but I changed my mind because I don't want my account closed too. :)

To be fair to Epass most payment systems allow the sender to reverse the payment in a certain amount of time. Paypal springs to mind.

Man talk about a thread blowing up in your face lol.. don't give this tool his money back, he's already made $500 of problems for everyone involved. :)

Wow, that's a nice twist.

So, in the end, "Pain Thing" was trying to black mail an outsourcing business and got busted.

What an idiot.

Pryda 04-08-2008 09:53 AM

I love my ePassporte, nothing wrong with them!

gleem 04-08-2008 09:56 AM

lol, such drama, sounds like Painthing didn't like whatever prime outsourcing did for him (which is the case for most webm doing outsourcing jobs for the first few times cause they generally suck, but you get what you pay for) so he started a blog that they sucked till he got his money back, and now Prime wants the domain transfered to them, he wouldn't for other reasons, (maybe they owe more than what they paid) they did a payment reversal for the epass payment (thought you couldn't do this) and now he's whining about epass screwing him.

Lessons Learned:

1. don't use outsourcing unless you realize what you are getting (good things aren't cheap and cheap things aren't any good 99% of the time)

2. Whining about a problem with a major company on GFY always, ALWAYS WORKS, assuming you are in the right and you are willing to be labeled "The guy that aired his shit in public" and then prolly burn some bridges in the process..

3. Since when can you do a fucking payment reversal on EPASS? Special favor to friends of em or something?

fuzebox 04-08-2008 09:56 AM

:1orglaugh, wow this Pain Thing guy has an interesting way of dealing with problems.

I'd guess things are a bit different - PainThing must have had a bad experience with prime outsourcing, so bad that he not only asked for a refund but also opened primeoutsourcingsucks.com. I can see why he wouldn't transfer ownership of that domain, as far as I know there's no trademark or a court ruling.

No, this was not Blackmail, Primeoutsourcing owes me over $1000

and this has nothing to do with the actions of Epassporte....

gleem 04-08-2008 10:02 AM

wow, here's the real story:
http://www.primeoutsourcingsucks.com...rnings-alerts/

Quote:

Prime Outsourcing webmaster was contracted to develop mainstream websites for my company at $595 a month. After 3 months I experienced the following;

Went through 4 different webmasters who could not follow instructions and repeatedly made up excuses after excuses.

Prime Outsourcing employees never work six days a week as contracted as they invent multiple public holidays for not working.

Prime Outsourcing webmaster delivered copy n paste STOLEN CONTENT on multiple websites as contracted work.

Prime Outsourcing ignores email communications and ICQ messages when there is a problem.

Because of the stolen copyright content I have received C&D letters in regards and had to suspend and remove multiple sites. I have tried unsuccessfully to get a refund from Prime Outsourcing and am currently pursuing my legal options.

Before I went to the boards I attempted many times to get my epassporte account refunded with no avail.

Rhesus 04-08-2008 10:05 AM

I haven't used prime outsourcing services, so don't take my word for it, but remember there isn't a single praiseful thread on them on this board. There are hundreds of posts that say the exact opposite, though...

whether prime is a shitty company or not isnt the case here...the OP says that Epass supports fraud, I was under the impression unless you can provide some sort of proof it was a bannable offense.

For what it is worth, they have a BBB rating of F:

http://www.labbb.org/BBBWeb/Forms/Bu...ID=100005 885

Having known people that worked for the BBB, this is an extremely hard thing to accomplish.

If you never have a problem that requires support, you will probably be fine. I have to say though it is nice to have someone on the boards here from epassporte to sort things out
