How can Pontiac have tons of TV commercial for their Cars Gone Wild and Trucks Gone Wild without Joe Francis lawyers going after them

You think Pontiac Paid GGW to be able to ride this advertising campaign?

Why would they have to pay Joe? I don't see how he could own "Gone Wild" as it was a commonly used term long before GGW. That is like Pizza Hut going after Sunglass Hut for using their "hut". ;)

They probably figure that since they are in Canada they can't be touched.

My friend owned GuyGoneWild and lost to domain to Joe.

And look at their logo, pretty fucking close to the same fonts GGW are using.
