I've never been in a real fight. When i was younger and anyone tried to fight I would pin them down and not let them up until they agreed to give it up.

I just know that once I start punching its not going to stop until one of us is dead.

Not in about 25 years but them I'm pretty low key these days and just laugh if someone is trying to piss me off.

I've never got pissed off enough to end up in a fist fight, even as a kid. It always ended up peacefully. Of course if I needed to defend myself today, me know crazy fight...it will probably freak the antoganist so much they'll take off. Strength and ability can double if you put your mind into it!

There's only 3 girls left in my class. And we took yoga together for a year before we started, so we all rock the rubber guard. For the last 2 weeks that's what we've been working on- triangle choke from rubber guard. And we're training with the advanced class now because they felt sorry for us. :Graucho

Fuck a bunch of Pilates shit. I actually did that for awhile and holy hell was it boring. I have to admit that I did notice changes to my body and I got good results with it, but god I hated it. I did yoga for a year and loved it. It was a bjj class that I got popped in. I'm constantly getting hurt. It's unreal.

I just watched that fight last night, btw. It was on HD Net and I recorded it. I thought he had broken his leg the way Lennox was screaming. He hobbled over for the announcement though, so I guess he was okay.

Shark told me today he broke the guys leg, he heard 3 or 4 cracks as he was extending the kneebar. He's been pissed since he had to make weight at 170, and he walks around normally around 205. Needless to say, training has been a bitch up to his fight.

I've been in a lot of them growing up. I was a skinny tall guy, and always had a hot girlfriend.

Always the same story. They start haressing her to get to me. I was always outnumbered, but stood my ground.

I never provoke anybody, and I rather walk away. But if somebody fucks with my friends, I'm all over them. I never lose control though. Once I knock somebody down, I wait for him to get up or give up.

Unfortunately I haven't been so lucky a couple of times...
