i built a site/tool that does much the same thing ( not as many output options though )

it also lets you watermark and screenshot the videos you create , and it will rip videos from many major tube sites like break.com , metacafe, google video and youtube, without even leaving the page

This is a cool site, but converting a 2mb wmv to flv took forever. Forever means about 10 minutes.
