How do I turn off the constant CCBILL spam?

Every sponsor announcement is a new email. Either bunch it and send it once a day, or make it easy for me to find out where the check-box is to turn it off.

Ccbill doesnt control when the emails go out, that is the sponsor that does that.

Stop signing up without unchecking the prechecked box that says:

Receive Emails From The Webmaster.
