Get them to heat it up with a little wire ( 110 degrees ) that they thread down you dick and into the prostate. Oh they also get a camera in there as well. Its surprising how much gear they can get in there through the eye of you dick

My brotherinlaw had his removed (cancer). Opportunity for a bunch of jokes I guess, but really not something to laugh at until it is all done and you are fine. Then you get to make the jokes.
There is plenty of info available online. You will prolly need someone to help ya once you get home from the operation for a few days.
