Chicago area people: Free food.
 

Next week is goodgirl's birthday, so I am going out there to help her celebrate. She likes Buca di Beppo (as do I) so we were wondering who would like to join us there.

We can do it Tues or Weds, so if one day is better, spill it.

Hope some of you can join us.

Which one? There are four locations in the Chicago-land area.

St. Louis is sort of a burb of Chicago

St Louis is 300 miles from Chicago. And while there may be four locations in IL, only one is in Chicago (Rush and Grand).

When people say Chicago they usually mean the whole area... Downtown Chicago is referred to as the 'loop' by us oldsters. Kinda assumed you meant downtown anyway. Turns out to be about a 4.5 to 5 hour drive for me. Grew-up there and have family in the area.

The burb comment was a little tongue in cheek. But then again getting anywhere from LAX at rush hour which seems to be anytime........

Anyway, nice of you to fly in for GoodGirls Bday.

I'm in the same area as her... except I moved, no longer like a mile from the ARS office LOL I'm at exit 60 now on I-94 I get wifi from the box and GREAT cell coverage. So what night is it? I'm down in St Joe on wednesday till 5PM and shit that's at least 1/4 of the way there LOL
