HardDrive Backing Up

What do you guys use software wise? Or do you just manually backup essentials?

if you are duplicating the drive to a new one, go to your manufacteurers site and download there duplication tool.

You could also use softwares like Norton Ghost

Cobian for backups
SelfImage for an image of the drive.

Acronis True Image 10 (though I believe 11 is now out).
