Sounds like a scam to me - 1 password to login to all sites? Unless they have a way to insert passes into those sites databases, I don't see how that can work. Plus, I see portal sites in that list that don't even use username/passwords.

I wonder how they got a payment processor for that site. If it´s for real, violating of intellectual property is obvious. I do not believe ther are the agreements mentioned in the FAQ on that site, or should I?

It sounds like it's a password site selling access to sites through password leaks. I have seen this many times, but never setup like this.

Not only they seem to offer access to all these porn sites, but they also bash paysites saying that it is unsafe to buy porn memberships using credit card.
