CJ Overkill Question

I have setup cjoverkill in public_html/cjoverkill/
Means the in.php and out.php are in cjoverkill/out.php for example and not in /out.php
When i create the toplist it creates all link in there only with /out.php and not /cjoverkill/out.php
How can i change the default in/out file path?
